The Waves of Worship Praise Night, hosted by Christ Apostolic Church (WOSEM), Houston, began last year as a vision inspired by the Holy Spirit through divine inspiration, a gentle nudge from the Lord reminding us that praise is not merely a response to what He has done, but a weapon, a pathway, and a declaration of faith. In a world often clouded by distractions, doubt, and need, the Spirit impressed upon our hearts the importance of returning to the altar of pure worship where our hearts, beliefs, and faith align in total dependence on Him.
Through praise, we re-center our lives around the One who remains constant, Jesus Christ. Scripture reminds us in Psalm 22:3 that “God inhabits the praises of His people.” This means every genuine sound of worship builds a dwelling place for His presence among us. The Waves of Worship experience was therefore designed as a spiritual atmosphere for believers to encounter renewal, restoration, and divine realignment through heartfelt thanksgiving and adoration.
It is our conviction, drawn from 2 Chronicles 20:22, that when God’s people lift their voices in praise, divine intervention follows. Praise breaks chains, opens doors, and ushers in victory. That is the heartbeat of this program, which is to glorify God and watch Him move mightily in our midst.
We also sincerely appreciate the presence of our guest ministering group, Earnest Pursuit, the guest church International Way of Life Ministry, and every worshipper who answered Heaven’s call to praise. Your participation and spiritual support made this gathering a powerful testimony of unity in the Body of Christ. Truly, when God’s people worship together, miracles happen, and we will have testimonies.
As Waves of Worship continues to ripple through hearts and communities, our prayer is that the sound of praise will never fade, rising continually to transform lives and draw all people closer to the loving presence of our Father.
