2 Cor. 6:17&18; John 3:16
The heart of the Father is revealed to everyone who is committed and devoted to the Father. I believe that this is your portion this year – of the manifestation of the Power of God. Through the power of the Almighty God, there is restoration, uncommon miracles, help for the helpless and deliverance from the powers of darkness. However, this will involve digging deep into the Word of God and your determination to know the Heart of God. Knowing the heart of God is to have an increased knowledge and revelation of the character of God Almighty. You will know and be sensitive to His needs and wants. First Samuel chapter one, Hannah asked for a son and vowed to donate him back to the Lord. Apparently at this very time, God Almighty was in need of someone to replace the wayward sons of priest Eli. Her request was granted.
When you know the heart of God, you will accept the burden and urgency to pray. Satan plans can be intercepted and diverted when you follow the leading of the Holy Spirit to pray. The victory will give you reward and glory will go to the Almighty God. Isaiah 59:16, “And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.” Please be the one the Lord is asking to pray, intercede for nations, families, marriages, children, singles, especially for lost souls. This will gladden the heart of our Father in Heaven. There is a saying that,
“Prayer is the vehicle that moves the hand that moves the world.”
Know the Father’s Heart of mercy and justice. Jonah was sent to warn the people of Nineveh about God’s intention to destroy them. Jonah 3:10a, “And God saw their works that they returned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.” Unfortunately Jonah did not know the merciful Heart of God and so decided on his own accord to be angry. Jonah 4:1, “But it displeased Jonah exceedingly, and he was very angry.”
I pray God’s Grace upon your life to know that you are forgiven and so walk in love, peace and victory in Jesus name.
Know the Father’s Heart of Compassion. Luke 15:20b, 30-31b, “And he arose, and came to his father, But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.” God is full of compassion, no matter how far gone you’ve been, just do a u-turn and come just as you are. His arms are wide open to receive you at any time, even right now.
Know the Father’s Heart of reward. Revelation 22:11-12, “…let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. And, behold, I come quickly and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.” There is always a reward for your labor of love. When you show kindness to the less privileged and bear each other’s burden. His reward is also available for peace makers, soul winners and Heavenly Kingdom minded Christians.
Know the Father’s Heart of protection. Daniel 6:22, “My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions’ mouths, that they have not hurt me:..” God delivered the innocent, prayerful, faithful, devoted Daniel from the plans and expectations of the enemies. God will do the same for you. Isaiah 8:9-10; Psalm 91 and many other scriptures gave us all assurance of His ever present protection.
Know the Father’s Heart of unconditional Love. John 3:16, God so loved you and me that He gave His only begotten son so that we can have eternal life. If you have not accepted Christ as Lord and personal savior please do so today and God will bless you. I pray that God Almighty will envelop you with His love and fill your heart with joy and peace. To you dear readers, producers and supporters of Christian Herald (Galatians 6:10) the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit for ever and ever. Amen
